On September 10, 2025, Officer Kuhne was dispatched to Extra Space Storage, 1750 Highway 36 West, Roseville, County of Ramsey, on a burglary. Officer Kuhne arrived and met ARP, the renter of [APT REDACTED] of the storage facility. ARP said the lock on her unit was cut and numerous valuable items were taken without her permission to include a TAO four-wheeler, two children’s bicycles, and approximately ten pairs of collectible Nike shoes. The total value of stolen items was estimated at $4,500. ARP said she was delinquent on her payments to the storage unit and the unit was scheduled for auction on September 11th.
Staff Member MH said she conducts lock checks daily to inspect for damage. On September 10th, she discovered the red lock on [APT REDACTED] had been cut. Red locks are placed on units that are scheduled for auction. MH estimated the burglary occurred between 11:00 A.M. On September 9th and 1:00 P.M. On September 10th. MH also advised other units were burglarized overnight. MH allowed officers to view surveillance video. In video, suspects entered the property behind a storage customer at approximately 7:27 P.M. On September 9, 2025. The male suspect entered the facility through the west door.
He wore a black hooded Jordan sweatshirt with bright red hood and front pocket accent coloring. The male opened the garage door to allow a Ford truck-SFL136- to enter the facility. The Ford truck towed a black flatbed trailer. A male driver exited the Ford truck wearing a black outfit and face mask partially covering his face. The two males walked around the facility. Video captured the two males walk the four-wheeler to the trailer. New Hope located the suspect Ford truck on September 11th. ANDREA LEIGH GUNDERSON, [DOB REDACTED], was the driver and only occupant of the Ford truck.
GUNDERSON was arrested. After a Miranda advisory, GUNDERSON spoke to an officer. GUNDERSON denied knowledge of the burglaries. GUNDERSON said she borrowed the truck from a close friend named Mike to move a family member. She borrowed the truck on September 10, 2025 at approximately 7:30 P.M. GUNDERSON had a pair of clear latex style gloves in her possession. Similar gloves were worn by an unknown suspect seen on Extra Space Storage surveillance video. GUNDERSON had a distinct and noticeable tattoo below her left eye that is visible on Extra Space Storage video.
GUNDERSON had a tattoo above her right eye that is also visible on Extra Space Storage video. GUNDERSON wore all black at the time of her arrest. GUNDERSON had a visible cargo pocket on the left leg of her sweatpants, which is also visible on a suspect in surveillance video. GUNDERSON’s shoes at time of her arrest had webbing on the top, similar to shoes that a suspect wore on surveillance video. Officer Kuhne also noted that when one suspect moved the four-wheeler inside the storage facility, the suspect displayed tattoos on their left and right hands.
