On March 22, 2025 at approximately 2:00 A.M., St. Cloud Police Department Officer Silver was patrolling at the Wells Fargo Bank, located in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, when victim [NAME REDACTED]B., adult male fully identified in police reports, approached him and reported that his girlfriend, Angela Marie Rolle, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, had punched him, striking his face. The defendant and A. G. B. Are family or household members. A. G. B. Explained that the defendant was intoxicated and was on the way back home with the defendant and A. T. T., adult male fully identified in police reports, from the hospital.
A. G. B. Stated the defendant asked to stop at Howie's Sports Bar and Grill. At the bar, the defendant had three more shots. A. G. B. Explained A. T. T. Was driving a truck. A. G. B. Described the truck to have bench style seating with the defendant in the middle seat between A. T. T. And A. G. B. Was in the passenger seat. A. G. B. Stated that the defendant wanted to stop at another bar downtown but A. G. B. Told her no. A. G. B. Explained the defendant became angry and threw her phone at the windshield.
A. G. B. Reported the defendant began saying she would crash the truck. The defendant placed her foot on the accelerator pedal and started pressing it. The defendant also grabbed the steering wheel and tried to pull it to one side. A. T. T. Was able to hit the break pedal to prevent the truck from crashing. A. G. B. Reported the defendant started hitting him in the face with a closed fist. A. G. B. Estimated the defendant struck him five or six times. A. G. B. Was struck above the eyes on his forehead and his right cheek.
Officer Silver observed A. G. B. And the area was beginning to swell. A. G. B. Stated this occurred on Fifth Avenue in front of the Wells Fargo Bank. A. T. T. Stopped the truck in the bank parking lot and A. G. B. Exited. The defendant also exited the truck and walked northbound on Fifth Avenue. While speaking with Officer Silver, the defendant called A. G. B. Asking he come pick her up at MC's Dugout bar. Officers also made contact with A. T. T. A. T. T. Explained that he was driving A. G. B. And the defendant back from the hospital when the defendant wanted to stop at a bar and drink.
A. T. T. Advised that the defendant's credit card was declined at Howie's bar. A. T. T. Stated the defendant asked to stop at another bar so she could continue drinking. A. T. T. Stated that he told the defendant they would find a place closer to where they were staying. A. T. T. Reported that the defendant became angry, grabbed the steering wheel, and pressed on the accelerator pedal. A. T. T. Stated that he was able to hit the break pedal in time so he did not lose control of the vehicle. A. T. T. Stated that while he was regaining control of the vehicle, the defendant started punching A. G. B. Several times, elbowing him in the process.
