COPPS Officer Minion received information from C. B., the organized retail crime investigator for TJX, the parent company of Home Goods. C. B. Reported multiple delayed thefts which had occurred at Home Goods located at 3480 124th Avenue N. W., in the City of Coon Rapids, Anoka County, Minnesota. C. B. Advised that the thefts were made by the same suspect, who he was able to identify as Vera Nikolaevna Kindruk, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. Officer Minion learned the following: On October 23, 2025, at approximately 8:24 P.M., defendant entered Home Goods, selected a shelf, placed it into a cart, then pushed the cart with the unpaid merchandise past all points of sale.
Defendant made no effort to pay for or forfeit the unpaid merchandise, valued at $129.99. A few minutes later, defendant entered the store again, selected a large chair, placed it into a cart, then pushed the cart with the unpaid merchandise past all points of sale. Defendant made no effort to pay for or forfeit the unpaid merchandise, valued at $199.99. Total theft: $329.98 (merchandise not recovered) On October 25, 2025, at approximately 10:22 A.M., defendant entered Home Goods, selected a chair, placed it into a cart, then pushed the cart with the unpaid merchandise past all points of sale.
Defendant made no effort to pay for or forfeit the unpaid merchandise, valued at $199.99. Merchandise was not recovered. The total loss to Home Goods is $529.97.
