Exzavier Jaquan Willingham Ford

On 04/03/2026, an Officer Whiteside from the Anoka Police Department was on routine patrol when he observed another vehicle changing lanes without signaling its turn. Officer Whiteside activated his emergency lights and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. After a brief pursuit, Officer Whiteside was able to conduct a Pursuit Intervention Technique which was successful at disabling the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Exzavier Jaquan Willingham Ford, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant.
