On October 30th, 2025, at approximately 10:52 P.M., Albany Police Officer Bryce Slone was on patrol in the City of Albany, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, and performed a random license plate check on Minnesota license plate [PLATE REDACTED]. The registered owner, Luis Enrique Gonzalez Grande [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein, driver's license was cancelled inimical to public safety. Officer Slone observed the vehicle driving from the Holiday gas station location on Shamrock Lane, Albany, MN and onto I94 near the eastbound entrance ramp.
Officer Slone confirmed through observation that the person driving was the Defendant, and conducted a traffic stop due to the Defendant's driving status. When explaining the reason for the stop to the Defendant, he admitted that he knew that his license was cancelled. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named Defendant, on or about the 30th day of October, 2025, in the City of Albany, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
