On April 1, 2026, law enforcement officers responded to the Holiday gas station, [ADDRESS REDACTED], City of Woodbury, Washington County, on a report of a female appearing to be asleep outside the business. Upon arrival, Ofc. Johnson and Sgt. Boukal located the female sleeping in a crouched position against the east side of the building near the entrance. Due to the cold temperatures at this time, the female's conduct appeared odd to responding officers. Sgt. Boukal approached the female and asked her for her name.
The female provided the name, "Tori Dominique Johnson [DOB REDACTED]". This name and date of birth did not come back on file and appeared to be fictitious. Sgt. Boukal asked the female for her real name, and the female admitted her true name to be SHYNTORIA JOHNSON [DOB REDACTED]. JOHNSON was discovered to have multiple active felony warrants. JOHNSON was placed under arrest due to the active warrants. Officer Wallace arrived to assist with the search of JOHNSON. During the search, Ofc. Wallace located a loaded Taurus Spectrum (SN: 1F044673) handgun in JOHNSON's right jacket pocket.
JOHNSON has a prior crime of violence conviction, a 9-29-2025 conviction for 2nd Degree Burglary in court file no.
