On November 10, 2025 at approximately 10:41 P.M., Deputy Sycks was dropping off an inmate at the Anoka County Jail, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the City of Anoka, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. The inmate was identified as TROY ADAM AUTIN II, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. Jail Sergeant Stafford requested to speak to Deputy Sycks about the inmate having contraband. Sergeant Stafford advised that the defendant was brought to the jail from the workhouse after finding drugs during a shakedown.
While at the jail, multiple inmates reported to detention deputies that the defendant was asking them if they wanted a hit from his THC vape pen. Detention deputies then went to the defendant’s cell and asked him to exit. Deputies observed an object wrapped in paper in the defendant’s hand. The defendant then put the object in his mouth and refused to surrender it. The defendant was placed on the ground and deputies retrieved a “Muna Meds” THC vape pen from the defendant’s mouth. The defendant was then searched, nothing else was located.
The defendant is currently being held at the Anoka County Jail on other charges. The above facts constitute the Complainant’s basis for believing that the above-named defendant on the 10th day of November 2025, in the City of Anoka, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, there did commit the above-named offense(s).
