On December 5, 2025, ANGELA JANE ZWACK [DOB REDACTED] was granted a conditional release on a felony VOCSL 5 charge in Washington County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. Zwack had failed to appear at an omnibus hearing in that case on November 19, 2025. Officers responded to an Arby’s where Zwack was yelling at customers. Zwack had drugs in her possession when she was arrested. At 9:52 PM on December 5, 2025, officers responded to McDonald’s at [ADDRESS REDACTED] North, Maplewood, Ramsey County on a criminal damage to property report.
Officers spoke to a manager who said Zwack asked to use a phone. The manager told Zwack that store policy prohibited customer from using their phones. Zwack yelled at employees and a table with customers. The customers left the store. Zwack then returned to the front counter and hit plastic number stands hard enough for them to fly across the lobby area. Zwack threw a plastic bin with ketchup packets hitting the manager’s arm. Zwack threw a small Christmas tree that also hit the manager. The manager said one of their registers and monitors was no longer working because of what Zwack had done.
Officers arrested Zwack. Surveillance video showed Zwack pull on an electronic item at the front counter. Zwack pulled so hard that she stumbled backwards when she let go of the item. Zwack threw items at employees. Zwack pulled on one of the monitor/registers repeatedly trying to break it from its stand. Zwack threw a corded item behind the counter. Zwack threw more items at employees. The director of operations said it would cost more than $1000 to replace a damaged register/monitor.
