On February 23, 2025, at approximately 11:10 A.M., police responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], White Bear Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on a report of a male overdosing. Police were directed to the southwest bedroom where they observed a male, later identified as GABRIEL ISAAC HALLETT- ARNOLD – [DOB REDACTED], unresponsive on the bed. His mother, JEH, reported that she gave him a dose of Narcan. Police administered a second dose of Narcan then medics arrived and took over medical intervention. GABRIEL’s condition improved, and he was transported to the hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
In GABRIEL’s room, police observed a plastic baggie on the bed that contained suspected narcotics. In addition, police observed numerous bags and canning jars filled with marijuana. It appeared that prior to police arrival, someone hastily tried to cover the marijuana with clothing and blankets. The marijuana appeared packaged for sale as the bags were individually labeled by type. Police previously received information that GABRIEL and others living in the home sell cocaine and marijuana. Police froze the scene and obtained a search warrant.
The residence is a two-family dwelling with an upper and lower unit owned by JEH and MICHAEL ALAN HALLETT-ARNOLD – [DOB REDACTED] (JEH’s ex-husband/father of GABRIEL and his brother, ZMH-A). JEH reported that she owns the upper unit, and MICHAEL owns the lower unit. JEH and ZMH-A reside in the upper unit, and MICHAEL and GABRIEL reside in the lower unit. In GABRIEL’s room, police located the following: 31 zip lock bags, 11 vacuum sealed bags, and 14 jars containing marijuana (positive field test result) with a total weight of 2251.2 grams or 5.62 pounds One mushroom grow kit Three bags of mushrooms with a total weight of 27.66 grams One bottle of farmapram One Springfield Hellcat Pistol One Remington shotgun One bag of cocaine (positive field test result) with a weight of 11.3 grams One bag of marijuana laced with cocaine (positive field test result) with a weight of 62 grams One jar containing marijuana wax with a weight of 33.6 grams In MICHAEL’s room (across the hall from GABRIEL’s room), police located the following: Marijuana (positive field test result) with a total weight of 4008.1 grams or 8.83 pounds Psilocybin mushrooms with a total weight of approximately 2 pounds Cocaine (positive field test result) with a total weight of 85 grams MDMA (positive field test result) with a total weight of 42.5 grams 156 THC oil cartridges in new packaging 11 firearms (pistols, rifles, shotguns) $35,240 in cash In the downstairs living room, police located the following: $11,900 in cash inside a lockbox GABRIEL’s passport inside a lockbox Marijuana, packaged for sale, with a total weight of 3171 grams or 6.99 pounds 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/12/2025 The BCA tested a representative sample of the narcotics.
