On February 11, 2025, Minneapolis Police Officers responded to a vehicle theft report. The reporting party, W. T., is an employee of City-Wide Towing. W. T. Stated that the 2015 white City-Wide Towing Ford F150 truck with Minnesota License plate [PLATE REDACTED] was running with keys inside and was taken. On February 14, 2025, Hennepin County Sheriff's Officers located the 2015 white City-Wide Towing Ford F150 truck with Minnesota License plate [PLATE REDACTED] parked behind [ADDRESS REDACTED] North, Minneapolis, Hennepin County.
W. T. Reported that he is the only driver of the truck, the truck is clearly labeled with City Wide Towing logos and City Wide Towing paperwork inside the vehicle. Several empty containers were found inside the truck that were not W. T.'s, and several tools were missing from the truck. The truck was recovered unoccupied and processed for evidence. On December 8, 2025, a CODIS match report from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Forensic Science Laboratory reported a match to a swabbing of chocolate milk container inside the truck.
The result matched TYQUIS JAHAAD WATKINS, Defendant herein. The Defendant is currently in custody on other pending case files.
