The Victim and RAYMON DESZAL LITTLE, Defendant herein, dated for three years and broke up in 2024. The Victim obtained an Order for Protection (OFP) in 2025 citing harassing and threatening calls and texts from Defendant, unwanted gifts left inside of her home, rearranged furniture inside her home, garbage on her patio, and Defendant following her and harassing her in public. These acts followed a relationship with physical domestic violence. The OFP prevents Defendant from having contact with the Victim in any form and orders him to stay away from the Victim’s residence on Hennepin Avenue.
The OFP, issued in court file 27-DA-FA-25-2596, has been active from the time of personal service on October 4, 2025, through the date of this complaint. The Defendant has the following qualified domestic violence related offense convictions: • ••-CR-••-•••• – Felony VNCO (8/22/22 disposition date) • ••-CR-••-•••• - GM Domestic Assault (10/27/20 disposition date) June 4, 2025 Defendant is charged in pending case ••-CR-••-•••• with Domestic Felony Assault. In that case, Defendant learned the Victim applied for an OFP. During the remote OFP hearing on June 4, 2025, Defendant showed up at her residence on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and started banging on her doors and yelling.
He threw garbage all over her porch and demanded for her to come out. He returned many times over the course of the next few hours while sending threatening text messages with gun emojis and threats of harm. The Victim was placing 911 calls the entire time. February 2, 2026 Defendant is charged in pending case ••-CR-••-•••• with Domestic violation of an OFP. In that case on February 2, 2026, Defendant texted her calling her a “devil b****” and showed up at her residence on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
He began pounding on the door and demanding to speak with her. The Victim recorded the interaction on her phone and called 911. February 3, 2026 Defendant is charged in pending case ••-CR-••-•••• with First Degree Burglary and Domestic violation of an OFP. On February 3, 2026, Minneapolis Police responded to the report of a possible domestic assault occurring at the Victim’s residence on Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Victim stated that Defendant came to her apartment and began pounding on the door demanding to be let in.
The victim refused to open the door and called 911. Defendant got angry and broke through the door. After entering, he took her phone and ended the 911 call. He then proceeded to gather several items from the apartment that belonged to the victim and left. It should be noted that the items the victim indicated had been taken were found on Defendant when he was arrested by officers. March 4, 2026 On March 4, 2026, Officers responded to an apartment in the 2100 block of Hennepin Avenue S in 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 4/30/2026 Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota for the report of an OFP violation.
