Storm Nou Lisa Yang

On January 9, 2026, at approximately 2:39 P.M., Maplewood Officers responded to Maplewood Mall, Food Court, [ADDRESS REDACTED] North, Maplewood, County of Ramsey, on a female in crisis who was banging her head on a table. Officer Kral arrived and spoke with Security Officer Spiess who said the female-identified as STORM NOU LISA YANG, [DOB REDACTED]- banged her head against the table for approximately ten minutes. YANG also had a pocketknife in her hand that she banged on the table. YANG yelled and thrashed.

She was carried outside by security. Officer Kral met YANG at a bench outside. YANG was yelling, thrashing, and spitting. She did not respond to questions by officers. YANG was handcuffed and searched. A baggie with small cloudy rocks was found in the pocket of YANG’s jacket. An officer field tested the suspected drugs, net weight 1.16 grams, result positive for methamphetamine/amphetamine. YANG was transported to the hospital.
