Tara Marie Wieland [DOB REDACTED](hereinafter "Defendant") is a person required to register as a predatory offender in the State of Minnesota due to a kidnapping conviction. On July 21, 2025, the Defendant registered her address as 1410 8th Ave NW #107 in the City of Dilworth, County of Clay, State of Minnesota. On August 25, 2025, Dilworth Police received a call from a Moorhead (MN) Police Secretary, who reported that the Defendant likely no longer lived in Dilworth. On September 23, 2025, Moorhead Police informed Dilworth Police again that the Defendant was likely no longer living in Dilworth.
Law enforcement located two Moorhead Police calls for service where the Defendant admitted to living at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota. Law enforcement learned that the Defendant had been evicted from the residence at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Moorhead on October 1, 2025. On November 13, 2025, law enforcement learned that the Defendant may be living in Fargo, ND. The Defendant did not update her address with Dilworth Police or Moorhead Police.
