On December 14, 2025, at approximately 9:52 AM, St. Cloud Police officers were dispatched to a gun complaint that occurred on 12th Street North, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Officers responded to the St. Cloud Technical and Community College, to meet with Victim A, an adult male fully identified in the police reports. Victim A stated that a male, later identified as EDUAR JOEL LEBRON, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, had brandished a firearm at him as they were driving.
Victim A described the vehicle the defendant was driving as a red Mercedes sedan. Victim A stated that he and the defendant were both westbound on Division Street and were turning left, northbound onto Highway 15. Victim A was in the left turn lane and the defendant was in the right turn lane, next to Victim A. Victim A stated that the defendant began revving his engine like he wanted to race. As the light turned green, both vehicles proceeded through the intersection and turned onto Highway 15. Victim A made it through the intersection first and the defendant then began driving erratically.
Both the defendant and Victim A then turned westbound onto 12th Street North, and when the lanes narrowed, the defendant attempted to block Victim A from driving down the street. Victim A had to use the far lane to get around the defendant and when Victim A passed the defendant, the defendant brandished a handgun at Victim A. Victim A described the gun as a black gun with "squared off edges". Once ahead of the defendant, the defendant pulled into the middle lane and pointed the gun at Victim A again.
Victim A stated he was afraid the defendant might shoot him. The defendant was later detained in a red Mercedes sedan and law enforcement conducted a "show up". The Victim positively identified the defendant as the male who pointed the gun at him. While speaking with the defendant, in plain view, officers observed what appeared to be a handgun in the back of his vehicle. The handgun was later found to be a replica Glock / BB gun. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct.
The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on the 14th Day of December, 2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
