On 03/19/2026 at about 20:05 hours, St. Paul Police responded to a disorderly call at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in St Paul, Ramsey County. The caller reported that a male who had been kicked off the property several times was refusing to leave. Upon arrival, police met with the Building Manager, CL, who reported that the trespassed male, WILEY, Donald Lee (DOB/1978-08-31), was still in the hallway. WILEY was trespassed from the building on 04/04/2025. Police found WILEY sitting with his back against the wall in a hallway and was taken into custody.

During an inventory search of WILEY's belongings at the LEC, police found two plastic bags of suspected methamphetamine in his crossbody bag. The substances in the bags later each field-tested positive for methamphetamine with net weights of.52 and.19 grams, for a total of.71 grams. For purposes of Rule 6.02, WILEY has an open felony case for Theft; 62-CR-26-1686.
