On February 17, 2026, Officer Faust of the Annandale Police Department received information from members of the community regarding Facebook posts from Shawn William Lampi [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant. An adult female identified as J. S. Visited the Annandale Police Department and spoke with Officer Faust. J. S. Showed Officer Faust a Facebook post from Defendant. The post from Defendant stated, "Not Leaving Annandale. Not Leaving Annandale until [T. T.] is in a coma." Defendant continued, "2010-2011 he curb stomped my head c*** and put me in a 4.5 month long coma and I intend on returning it.he's getting his helping of egg salad whether you like it or not." J. S. Said that she lived in Wright County with T. T., who is an adult male, and children also lived in the home.
J. S. Was concerned about Defendant's threats as well as her safety. Officer Faust spoke with T. T. By telephone while J. S. Remained at the police department. T. T. Reported the following: T. T. Knew Defendant since high school and had a physical altercation with Defendant fifteen to twenty years ago; T. T. Last spoke with Defendant approximately ten years ago; Last summer Defendant posted harassing comments towards T. T.; T. T. Believes that Defendant knows where T. T. Lives; T. T. Feels threatened.
While J. S. Was at the police department, Defendant made a new Facebook post that stated, "[J. S.'s nickname] listen you ain't saving him you cop calling meth whore." Based on the circumstances and timing of this post, J. S. Was concerned Defendant was aware she was at the police department. An adult male identified as T. G. Also reported Defendant's Facebook post that stated, "Not leaving annandale not leaving annandale until [T. T.] is in a coma." Defendant also made a Facebook post from the same account the previous day, inviting Annandale Police Officers to a Mix Martial Arts, MMA, fight.
On December 8, 2025, Defendant was placed on probation for two counts of felony Violation of a Harassment Restraining Order. Defendant was ordered to have no disorderly conduct or aggressive behavior, verbal or physical. (See Court File ••-CR-••-••••) Given Defendant's current probationary status and conditions, his other prior criminal history, and the facts alleged in the Complaint, Defendant's arrest is necessary to prevent imminent harm to anyone. The State respectfully requests a warrant issue for Defendant's arrest and bail be set at $100,000.00.
