At approximately 8:07 P.M. On December 10, 2025, Buffalo Police Sergeant Lillehei and Officer Leonard were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota. The 911 caller, WCE, told dispatch that a woman was being assaulted by a man at the residence. Upon arrival, Sergeant Lillehei spoke with Allen August Ende [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “the defendant”). The defendant said he and SFE had an argument. He said she was biting, hitting, slapping, and punching him.
The defendant admitted to slapping her in the face three times, but he claimed he does not consider a slap to be an assault. He also admitted he choked SFE a little bit, but he claimed it was not anything serious that was going to kill her. When asked how he choked her, he motioned choking her by grabbing her shirt. He also admitted to grabbing her hair while she was in a vehicle and pulling her out. Sergeant Lillehei spoke with SFE, who said the defendant got in her face, was yelling at her, and was spitting in her face.
When SFE reclined in the chair, the defendant grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her farther back in the chair. He grabbed her by her shirt a few times. At one point, the defendant choked her with her shirt. She said he pulled it forward, wrapped it around her neck, and choked her with it. SFE said her breathing was constricted when he choked her with the shirt. She could still breathe, but her breathing was raspy. She said the strangulation lasted about 15-20 seconds, and the pain was a 9 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst.
SFE said the defendant bit both of her wrists. He hit her so hard that her watch fell off her wrist. The defendant also slapped SFE a few times in the face, and he grabbed her jaw while telling her to shut up. While she was in the car in the garage, he grabbed her by her hair and pulled her out of the car by her hair. SFE was able to get ahold of her daughter, and SFE kept saying “help, help, help!” SFE admitted hitting the defendant with a small weight and hitting him in the hands. SFE said her intent while hitting him was self-defense and to get him away from her.
Sergeant Lillehei saw injuries on SFE, including a 2-3 inch scratch on her upper back, a small blood blister on her left cheek, redness on her neck, a bite mark on her left forearm, a bite mark on her right forearm, and two red marks on the right side of her neck. Sergeant Lillehei also saw a large amount of hair on the back of her shirt. Police reports indicate that the defendant and SFE both live at the residence in Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota.
