Brittney Ann Ursell

On March 18, 2026, officers of the St. Cloud Police Department stopped a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 500 block of 11th Street South in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Upon officers approaching the vehicle, a female, fully identified as Brittney Ann Ursell, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, was observed exiting the front passenger's seat. The defendant failed to comply with officers commands and was observed digging in an item on the front passenger's seat that was determined to be a backpack.

A subsequent search of the backpack revealed a prescription item of the defendant's (Albuterol), as well as 2 packets of Suboxone; a clear plastic bag with a white powdery substance weighing 2.61 grams with packaging; two containers with a white powdery substance, the smaller container with powder weighing 5.34 grams with packaging and the larger container weighing 9.29 grams with packaging; a clear plastic bag with pieces of tinfoil with white powdery substance weighing 3.39 grams with packaging; a metal container with one blue pill and two white pills, the blue pill being identified as Alprazolam, a Schedule IV controlled substance, and the two white pills being identified as Buprenorphine, a Schedule III controlled substance; and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.

The white powdery substance suspected to be fentanyl was sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute complainant's basis for believing the above named defendant, on or about the 18th day of March, 2026, in the City of St.
