On 10-31-2025, at approximately 3:12 am, law enforcement was dispatched to an assault in the area of the 3400 block of Penn Avenue North, City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. Upon arrival, law enforcement encountered Victim, [NAME REDACTED] on her t-shirt and appeared scared. Victim told law enforcement that DANIEL RUVALCANA [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, was drunk and that they had gotten into a tussle. Victim was examined by EMS which revealed a chipped front tooth. Victim reported that Defendant punched her in the face and that her tooth was not chipped prior to being punched.

Law enforcement observed bruising on Victim’s left check, left hand, right hand, left shoulder, and her hip. Law enforcement encountered Defendant. He was arrested and remains in custody.
