On or about December 14, 2025, Minneapolis police officers were dispatched to a domestic with weapons call at 2**[ADDRESS REDACTED] N, Apt *, in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota. The caller reported that "DeMarcus" stabbed her dog and left. Officers also learned that the caller's boyfriend had been cut on his face. Upon arrival, officers met with A. A. G. [DOB REDACTED], Victim 1 herein, who stated that he and his brother, identified as GAMBLE, MARCUS [DOB REDACTED], aka RAYFORD, DEMARCUS DAMARIO ([DOB REDACTED]), Defendant herein, had been at a club prior to the incident.
Victim 1 stated that Defendant was intoxicated and was asking for more liquor when they returned to the residence. Victim 1 advised that Defendant pushed him against the wall and put a knife to his throat, stating " I will kill you all." Victim 1 stated that Defendant then let him go and slashed the left side of Victim 1's cheek as he did so. Defendant then stabbed the dog and left the residence. Victim 1 reported that Defendant has used a bluish-in-color pocketknife which was approximately 3 inches.
Officers observed a small scratch on Victim 1's cheek area. Victim 1 stated that Defendant is his older brother, but prior to that night he had not spoken with Defendant in a long time and did not know where Defendant lived or would go. Officers also spoke with S. C. B-B. [DOB REDACTED], Victim 2 herein, who reported that she had been inside of the apartment when her boyfriend (Victim 1) came in with his brother. Victim 2 stated that there was a confrontation between Victim 1 and Defendant, and Defendant attacked Victim 1 with a small knife.
Defendant then stabbed her dog in its chest area. Officers observed a small cut on the dog. Victim 2 stated that Defendant came after her with the knife, trying to stab her, but Victim 1 got in the way to protect her. Officers later listened to the recorded audio provided by Victim 2. Officers heard 2 males arguing and then 1 male, believed to be Defendant, stated "I will cut your throat and your bitch n*gga", "I will stab you and your bitch n*gga", "I will kill the dog and you n*gga", and "I'm the big brother n*gga." A check of Defendant's record reveals prior convictions including: *Misdemeanor Domestic Assault in Court File 27-CR-14-13840, date of offense 5/18/14; date of conviction 8/14/14; date of resentencing 4/11/2018. *Felony Flee Police Officer in Motor Vehicle in Court file 62-CR-18-2452, date of offense 4/8/18; date of sentence 8/16/2018. *Felony Escape in Court File 02-CR-10-9661, date of offense 9/29/10; date of sentence 3/9/11. Defendant's whereabouts are unknown.
