That on November 1, 2025, at approximately 1145 hours, Sergeant W. W., Minneapolis Police, was dispatched to a theft at Bebe Zito, 704 – 22nd Street West, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, Sgt. W. W. Learned that a person, later identified as the Defendant herein, Michelle Elizabeth Small, [DOB REDACTED], had entered the business and taken a pint of ice cream and then left without making any attempt to pay for it. Defendant was positively identified from prior interactions with the business.

The loss is valued at $14.17, and Defendant did not have permission or claim of right to take said item.
