On 3/11/2026, at approximately 0504 hours, officers were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, for the report of a domestic assault that had just occurred, and the suspect had left in a vehicle. Officers went to the address and met with Victim TD. Officers saw the driveway appeared to have fresh tire marks and fresh footprints in the snow of someone walking to the front door from where the driver’s door of the vehicle would have been. As Victim [NAME REDACTED] in the residence, they observed that she was continuously getting phone calls from "no caller ID." Victim TD stated that the male that was just there and that she had a DANCO against (70- CR-25-16354 - Issued 1/26/2026), Amair Amahd Jackson, [DOB REDACTED] (now referred to as "Defendant"), was calling her.
Victim TD showed officers a call list, which had multiple missed calls - all from a no caller ID number - which she stated was Defendant who was continuously calling her before he showed up. Victim TD explained she lives with her five kids in the residence. Defendant does not live there and is not welcome there. Defendant was a past boyfriend she had who had beaten her and has an open case out of Scott County, Minnesota, from October of 2025. The DANCO is active in that case. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in her bedroom lying in bed.
She believes Defendant entered through the front door of her home, which she typically does not lock. Defendant walked into the room and started to grab at her in bed. He then placed both hands around her neck and started to choke her. Victim TD was eventually able to get away from Defendant briefly and then went to the other side of the room where Defendant grabbed her around the neck again. Both times Defendant's hands were around her neck, Victim TD stated that she felt like she could not breathe.
She stated she was trying to tell Defendant that she could not breathe because that may cause him to stop, but she was unable to talk due to his tight grip around her neck. Defendant held her neck and head down on the ottoman in the pile of clothes. Her daughter then walked into the doorway, and Defendant stopped and left the residence. Victim [NAME REDACTED] called 911 right away. Victim TD said she felt dizzy and had some head pain from Defendant strangling her. She had some pain on the right side of her neck where Defendant's thumb was.
Victim TD expressed frustration with the criminal justice system and asked officers if she "had to die or be killed" by Defendant for anything to happen to him. Officers observed multiple marks and contusions on Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim [NAME REDACTED] one of the "no caller ID" calls that continued to come in while officers were with her. 3 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 5/21/2026 During one of the many calls, Victim TD answered and placed the call on speaker phone.
