Edison Jonnathan Daquilema Minagua

On November 5, 2025, Minneapolis Police Officers were dispatched to a known residence located in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on a sexual assault call. Upon arrival, officers met with the parents of the victim, hereinafter referred to as Victim [DOB REDACTED]. Officers were informed that Victim had sex with an adult male, identified as EDISON JONNATHAN DAQUILEMA MINAGUA [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. The defendant was located at the home and arrested. Victim was not forthcoming with much information but did tell officers that the incident occurred about a month ago in a different house.

In a post-Miranda statement, the defendant admitted that he was in a relationship with Victim. The defendant stated that during the month of October 2025, Victim [NAME REDACTED] went to his home, which is located in Minneapolis, and that he had sexual intercourse with Victim. The defendant admitted that he had sex with Victim [NAME REDACTED] on November 2, 2025. The defendant is currently in custody.
