GAVIN unsuccessfully fled on foot when police stopped him but was eventually captured with the assistance of K9 units.
This case is still active. ••-CR-••-•••• On 4/30/25, GAVIN fled from Bloomington Police driving a stolen Chevrolet Equinox. The pursuit reached speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour. After police pitted the vehicle, GAVIN unsuccessfully fled on foot and was captured with the assistance of Eagan Police. The Auto Theft charge was supposed to be dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement, but the case is still pending sentencing. ••-CR-••-•••• On 3/21/25, St, Paul Police spotted GAVIN driving a Chevrolet Traverse that had been stolen the day before.
When they initiated a traffic stop, GAVIN fled at high speed. The vehicle eventually stopped and GAVIN unsuccessfully fled on foot. He was captured nearby. GAVIN pleaded Guilty to Auto Theft, but failed to appear for sentencing. GAVIN was convicted of Auto Theft. ••-CR-••-•••• On 2/1/24, Woodbury Police spotted GAVIN driving a stolen truck. GAVIN exited the vehicle and, when police tried to stop him, unsuccessfully fled on foot. He was captured and found to be under the influence of narcotics. The Receiving Stolen Property charge was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. ••-CR-••-•••• On 12/8/23, Woodbury police spotted GAVIN driving a stolen vehicle.
When they initiated a traffic stop, GAVIN unsuccessfully fled on foot. During a Mirandized statement, GAVIN admitted stealing the vehicle near the Mall of America. GAVIN was convicted of Receiving Stolen Property. 19HA-CR-23-336 On 2/15/23 GAVIN was arrested after selling a stolen vehicle to an innocent purchaser on Facebook. When police tried to take GAVIN into custody, he unsuccessfully fled on foot. GAVIN was convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, which was deemed a Gross Misdemeanor pursuant to M. S. 609.13. ••-CR-••-•••• On 7/28/23, GAVIN stole a Buick Lucerne.

In a post-Miranda statement GAVIN admitted stealing it. GAVIN was convicted of Auto Theft, which was deemed a Misdemeanor pursuant to M. S. 609.13. Current Offense: On 01/07/2026, at about 0935 hrs, a Ramsey County Sheriff's Office Investigator spotted a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu (MN/KJX985) parked on Thomas Ave just east of St. Albans St N in St. Paul, Ramsey County.
