Your complainant is employed by the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office. In that capacity, complainant has reviewed official reports and has learned substantially the following: On 09/22/2025 at approximately 12:30 pm, Deputy Cutler was dispatched to the report of a theft from 9/06/25 at Running Aces Casino, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the City of Columbus, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. Upon arrival, Deputy Cutler made contact with the security director, who stated that on 09/06/25, two bartenders noticed that the register was off by approximately $675. After watching security footage, it was determined that an employee, Andre Guillaume Parranto, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, retrieved an e-tablet with a $633.50 payout that was supposed to go to a customer.
Instead, the defendant hid the tablet and later handed the e-tablet and ticket to an accomplice who cashed it out with a different employee who was unaware of the theft. The security director stated that the defendant took responsiblity for the theft and asked to pay back the $633.50 from his next paycheck.
