O. B. 7/15/1996, located in Southeast St. Cloud, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The search warrant was to locate electronics that could contain Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM), as a cyber tip investigation led law enforcement to believe Golder would be in possession of those materials. Stuart Joyce conducted the investigation, first as an Investigator with the St. Cloud Police Department, and then continued the investigation as he transitioned to an Agent with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). Golder was present when the search warrant was executed, and he provided no statement to law enforcement.
Several devices were seized pursuant to the warrant. The materials were sent to the BCA for analysis. On April 22, 2025, the first BCA laboratory report revealed 385 images and 50 videos containing CSAM. NCMEC identified 12 images and 4 videos. Thousands of additional child exploitive images and videos were located which did not meet criteria for charging. The analyst noted the Android phone seized had been factory reset on April 12, 2023, so all 67 images and 3 videos from that device were obtained after that date.
Proof of Golder’s ownership of that device was also present. The following are descriptions of images located on the Android device. Image 1 Last accessed: 8/15/23, 11:40:52 AM Description: A nude, prepubescent female of elementary school age lays on a blanket on her stomach, with her anus and vagina visible. An adult hand touches the female’s buttocks and thigh. Image 2 Last accessed: 7/27/23, 6:37:06 PM Description: A prepubescent minor male, elementary age, in a shower adjacent to an adult male, is holding onto an adult male’s erect penis with his hand and the adult male’s penis is within close proximity to the minor’s mouth.
The following image was located on an external hard drive, identified within the BCA laboratory report as item 10A. This device contains proof of ownership items. On 10/16/2023, Golder engaged in a discussion on the “Session” application with another individual. Golder’s username was “Suyuuur” and the other party used a username “Nn”. During their conversation, Golder disseminated six CSAM images/videos.
Their conversation is in part as follows: Suyuuur: Hey faggot Suyuuur: I’m from the chat Nn: Hey baby [name withheld — minor]: I’ll obey but first do u have cp Suyuur: I have some??, what you into? Nn: Every thing I like girls too if u have 3 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/29/2026 The following are descriptions of two of the images/videos disseminated. Image 4 A four minute, eleven second video depicts a prepubescent female, elementary school age, exposing her anus and vagina.
