Vang Choua Yang

On November 30, 2025, VANG CHOUA YANG [DOB REDACTED] was on a light rail train at the Union Depot platform at [ADDRESS REDACTED] East, St. Paul, Ramsey County. Yang kicked and shattered a glass partition on the train. Yang’s face and neck tattoos were visible on surveillance video from the incident making him plainly identifiable. The cost to repair the broken partition was $1087.22. On February 6, 2026, a probation violation was issued for Yang’s arrest on a felony receiving stolen property in Anoka County District Court file 02-CR-23-743.
