JORDAN JERAMY MARTINEZ, [DOB REDACTED], has prior drug convictions in the following court files. 62-SU-CR-1603211, VOCSL 5th, gross misdemeanor conviction 8/3/2017 62-SU-CR-16-3201, VOCSL 5th, misdemeanor per 609.13, conviction 3/2/2017 On December 7, 2025, at approximately 9:52 P.M., New Brighton Police Officer Super was driving south on Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, County of Ramsey, when he observed a Honda Accord traveling in front of his squad car. The vehicle turned west onto the entrance ramp of westbound I-694, the wheels touching the white fog line.
The vehicle was stopped for the minor [NAME REDACTED]. AZ was the driver and registered owner of the vehicle. MARTINEZ was the passenger, and was later identified. MARTINEZ had an active felony warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order and a felony warrant for Motor Vehicle Theft. MARTINEZ was asked to exit the vehicle and was arrested. Upon inquiry, MARTINEZ said he had needles in the satchel strapped across his body. MARTINEZ said he had ingested methamphetamine, “an eight ball or something, maybe 3.5.” MARTINEZ’s satchel was searched.
Three capped hypodermic needles, three folded pieces of tin foil, a small blue Ziploc bag and a partially melted plastic cylinder, and other items were found in the bag. A “bubble” pipe was found in MARTINEZ’s pants pocket. Inside one of the folded pieces of tin foil, there was a white powder like substance. The substance was NARK tested, result positive for the presence of fentanyl, net weight.06 grams.
