In court file 27-CR-23-5856, JORDAN THOMAS LAGREW, [DOB REDACTED], was convicted of Domestic Assault, misdemeanor conviction 5/5/2023. On April 6, 2026, at approximately 9:42 A.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of 5th Street, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on an assault. Officer Lee arrived and saw the suspect, LAGREW, on the sidewalk with his hands in fists near his chest and in a fighting stance. Another male, TDS, also had his fists near his chest and in a fighting stance.
TDS was the renter of a 2026 BMW X3 vehicle that had a broken windshield damaged when LAGREW hit it with his backpack. TDS said, “Look at my car!” LAGREW responded, “I’ll pay for it.” MAF said he was standing outside when he saw LAGREW swing his backpack and strike the BMW with his backpack multiple times. MAF did not see him damage the windshield. LAGREW walked up to him and demanded a cigarette, and MAF refused. LAGREW called him “nigger,” and threw a punch at his face. He dodged the punch to his face, but LAGREW hit him in the shoulder.
LAGREW yelled “Irish mobs run downtown Saint Paul.” LEGREW walked away. The renter of the BMW went down and confronted LAGREW. LAGREW was arrested. He said he is homeless and was having a bad day. Officer Ator found CCTV video that showed LAGREW next to the damaged BMW and his backpack laying on the hood. LAGREW then walked to the rear of the vehicle and hit the vehicle again with his backpack. It appeared that no damage was caused by this strike. Sgt. Kolodge spoke to staff at Advantage Auto Glass.
A verbal estimate for replacement of the windshield of a 2026 BMW was estimated at approximately $1,200-$2,000.
