DS reported the fraud to the Minnesota Department of Education on 10/22/2024. SHANLEY used DS’s prior address on the application.

The driver’s license for DS that was uploaded with the student loan application had an issue date of August 2023, and lists height and weight for DS that are inaccurate.
DS never requested the issuance of a driver’s license in 2023. DS reported DS as a parent, but she is his aunt. On 07/29/2025, DS received a letter releasing her from the obligations on the loans.
