On or about November 29, 2025, at approximately 7:16 PM, deputies of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office were dispatched on report of a personal injury collision reported to have occurred in the area of Viking Blvd and Highway 65, in the City of East Bethel, Anoka County, Minnesota. Deputies were advised that one of the drivers, fully identified to be JEFFREY MICHAEL EICHTEN, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, may be intoxicated. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with Defendant. Defendant was administered a Data Master Transportable (DMT) breath test at approximately 8:23 PM, the final reading of which indicated Defendant had a 0.24 BAC. A review of Defendant's records showed no prior qualifying impaired driving related conviction.
