That on January 3, 2026, at approximately 10:33 A.M., Officer LeBaron of the Bloomington Police Department was dispatched to the Walmart located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] E in the City of Bloomington, Hennepin County on the report of a shoplifting in progress. Officer LeBaron arrived on scene and located a male matching the description of the suspect near the bus shelter on the south side of American Boulevard. The male was identified as LEBRON LEROY ANDERSON, [DOB REDACTED]. The stolen Walmart merchandise valued at $14.85 was recovered from ANDERSON's person.
ANDERSON also had a Glock 22.40 caliber pistol with serial number XCG996 in his front left inside jacket pocket. Officer LeBaron ran checks on ANDERSON and saw that he did not have a valid permit to carry a firearm. ANDERSON admitted that he did not have a permit to carry the firearm. Based on the above, your complainant states that on January 3, 2026, within the corporate limits of the City of Bloomington, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, Lebron Leroy Anderson, then and there being, did violate the above-listed provisions.
