On 04/25/2026 at 2319 hours, CS called 911 and reported that her husband, Brian Scott DELOACH [DOB REDACTED], was in a manic state and had been in a physical altercation with her 22-year-old son; JD. CS said DELOACH was going after JD with a knife, was still inside the residence, and that she could hear yelling inside. Deputies arrived and through an open door saw DELOACH and JD in the house. DELOACH was given verbal commands to exit, but refused. He told Deputies to “f*** off” and “get the f*** off of the property.” DELOACH appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence and confirmed that he had been in an altercation with JD. DELOACH then closed the house door and ignored repeated commands to exit the home.
CS said she lives with DELOACH and her son; JD. She was having a verbal argument with DELOACH who then started "flinching at her" with a butter knife in his hand. JD stepped in between them and a physical fight ensued. She said DELOACH is always angry and smokes coke or crack. CS said she was afraid and felt like DELOACH was going to take her out. JD said DELOACH and CS were having a verbal argument that escalated. DELOACH started lunging toward CS and thrusting/bobbing his head toward her. JD physically intervened and during the altercation, DELOACH had a 'butter knife' and made stabbing motions toward JD’s torso with the knife.
Then, DELOACH went to kitchen and grabbed a black handled kitchen knife. JD said he held DELOACH back so CS could get out of the house. After nearly a two-hour standoff during which DELOACH ignored commands to exit, and pursuant to a warrant, Deputies made entry into the residence. They found DELOACH asleep on a couch and took him into custody. DELOACH was belligerent and verbally uncooperative and declined a formal statement. During a search of the house, Deputies found a butter knife on the floor in the living room and a small kitchen knife with a black handle in the sink.
