On 10/31/2025 at approximately 1535 hours, Officers responded to a report of a burglary at an apartment complex at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Golden Valley, Hennepin County. Officers called and spoke with the reporting party, Victim herein. Victim [NAME REDACTED] is currently in Florida but is the resident of the Unit where the burglary occurred. Victim reported that he observed via surveillance footage that he has set up in the Unit an individual identified as Beau Charles Hullermann, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, enter the Unit and steal prescription drugs.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] is a temporary maintenance person for the apartment complex. Officers spoke with the apartment complex’s building manager who stated that Defendant would have keys to enter the Unit. Victim [NAME REDACTED] information regarding the observation of Defendant entering the Unit and going into a drawer that contained prescription drugs. Victim stated that the drugs taken were oxycodone prescribed to his wife. Victim [NAME REDACTED] did not have permission to enter the Unit. Officers entered the Unit and observed the drawer described by Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Inside the drawer Officers observed a prescription bottle containing oxycodone.
Victim’s wife stated that there should have been approximately 7 pills left, but Officers observed only 2 pills in the bottle. Officers then placed Defendant under arrest. In a post-Miranda interview, Defendant stated that he entered the Unit to check for water leaks. Officers searched Defendant and found 3 pills identified as oxycodone, but not matching the oxycodone taken from the Unit. On 11/03/2025 at approximately 0900 hours, Officers received surveillance video footage from Victim. The footage shows Defendant entering the Unit and opening drawers in the bedroom.
The footage then shows Defendant removing a prescription bottle from the drawer, opening the bottle and pouring some of the pills into his hand, then continuing to rummage through the drawers. The footage does not show Defendant place the pills back into the bottle before leaving the Unit. Defendant is currently in custody.
