On April 17, 2026, a Plymouth police officer spoke with G. M. Who reported that his daughter, Victim herein, had been sexually assaulted by WAYNE GUIDO MUELLER [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. The defendant is Victim’s grandfather. G. M. Learned of the abuse after he was contacted by his brother who told him that the defendant was on video touching G. M.’s niece. The defendant has been charged in Carver County for that offense. After learning that information. G. M. And his wife spoke with Victim, who is 4-years-old.

Victim [NAME REDACTED] had touched her vagina over the clothes. Officers obtained interior Ring video surveillance from G. M.’s home in Plymouth. Complainant reviewed the videos and located numerous instances where the defendant touched Victim’s buttocks and others where it appears he is touching Victim’s vaginal area. The videos span the period of time from February 20, 2026 to April 17, 2026. The defendant was arrested in Carver County and made a number of recorded jail calls. In those calls, the defendant spoke about Victim [NAME REDACTED] in Carver County.

The person he was speaking to mentioned a third child but the defendant corrected her and said it was Victim and the Carver County victim. The defendant said it was about 10 times each over 3-4 months. He stated that it’s his fault for what the family is going through. The defendant is currently in custody in Carver County. The State requests a warrant.
