On December 2, 2025, at approximately 5:55 A.M., Wright County SIU Agent Voss was conducting surveillance on [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW in Silver Creek Township, Wright County, Minnesota. On 11/24/25, a controlled substance search warrant was granted by the Honorable Judge Strand for Travis Harlan Koch, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the defendant, and the premises of [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW. At approximately 6:27 A.M., Agent Voss observed a 2016 White Chevrolet Malibu (MN plate ZXK580) pull into the driveway of [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW and leave after a few minutes.
Deputy Klaers initiated a traffic stop on the Malibu near Clementa Ave NW and 137th St NW. The defendant was located in the passenger seat and taken into custody on an outstanding body only Wright County warrant. Agents executed the search warrant at [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW at approximately 8:04 A.M. While searching an upstairs bedroom on the south side of the residence, Agent Voss located mail and a court document addressed to the defendant, as well as a white dish containing white crystal substance on top of a television stand that later weighed 4.2 grams, a mirror containing white crystal substance under the television stand that later weighed 1.2 grams, a plastic tie off bag containing white crystal substance under the television stand that later weighed 0.2 grams, and a brown crystal substance in a plastic bag in the closet that weighed 0.3 grams.
The total weight of all crystal substances seized was 5.9 grams. All crystal-like items located field tested positive for methamphetamine.
