On or about April 4, 2026, Minneapolis Police were at Target located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. While there, they were notified that a person, identified as MARTIN JULIAN HEATH [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, stole a variety of items from Target by passing all points of sale without paying for the items. The items were valued at $949.89 and included an air purifier, trading cards, and a trading cards book. Defendant was known to Target because he had previously stolen from them a few days prior to this incident.
Police located Defendant and arrested him. Defendant had a warrant for his arrest. During a search incident to arrest police located approximately 1.98 grams of field-test positive methamphetamine on his person. Defendant is currently on probation in Anoka County for another 5th degree-controlled substance violation where a probation violation warrant issued on 11/19/25. Defendant is currently in custody for this offense.
