That on or about October 31, 2025 at approximately 8:47 P.M., St. Louis Park police officers were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] South in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota for a personal injury accident. Officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle that had rolled over. The driver of the vehicle, PAIGE ELIZABETH-JEAN STICHTER (“Defendant” herein), had told officers she remembered driving the car, but did not remember the accident. Defendant stated she had several mixed vodka drinks at a friend’s house prior to driving.
Officers observed damage consistent with Defendant striking a legally parked car and then flipping her vehicle. Officers also observed several prescription pill bottles by Defendant’s feet. Defendant’s step-father arrived on scene with Defendant’s mother and began advising Defendant not to answer any questions. Officers observed Defendant had slightly slurred and delayed speech, and that her eyes were bloodshot and watery. Officers administered field sobriety tests to Defendant, on which Defendant performed poorly.
Defendant submitted a Preliminary Breath Test sample of 0.147. Officers placed Defendant under arrest and transported her to the St. Louis Park Police Department. Officers read Defendant the Breath Test Advisory. Defendant stated she understood and agreed to take a breath test. Defendant submitted a breath test sample of 0.17g/210L. In a post Miranda statement, Defendant admitted to drinking alcohol and feeling the effects of the alcohol. At present, Defendant is in custody.
