On March 18, 2026, a search warrant was granted for LARRY ALLEN BLACK'S ([DOB redacted]) residence, vehicle, and person. During that search warrant multiple electronic devices were recovered. On March 19, a search warrant for the data of those extractions was granted. Around March 21, Victim (adult female identified in police reports, born in 2007) contacted the Rochester Police Department. Victim stated that her mother, Witness 1 (adult female identified in police reports) had dated Black from 2020-2024. During that time Black lived with them.
Victim was concerned that she or her infant child born in 2022 were victims because Black and Witness 1 had many surveillance cameras inside of their residence. During that time they were living in SE, Rochester, MN, Olmsted County. While reviewing the data from a MicroSD card that was in Black;s phone it was noted that he had many voyeurism style videos that appeared to be from a surveillance camera. The videos had the stamp "geeni" along with a date/time stamp on the screen in most clips. Geeni makes surveillance cameras that are similar to Ring and Blink.
A lot of the clips were of a younger female around 14-18 years old while changing in the bathroom, showering, changing clothes in a bedroom, and engaging in sexual acts with a male and herself. In the videos of sexual acts the intimate parts of both people can be clearly seen. There were about 86 videos and screenshots that included Victim. In May, Victim met with law enforcement. Victim recalled moving from Racine, MN to Stewartville, MN with Witness 1, Black, and another family member in 2020. In 2021, Witness 1, Black, and Victim moved to Rochester.
Victim moved out of the residence in 2024. Black would talk to Victim in detail about his sexual encounters with Witness 1. Victim was aware of cameras in the residence, but was not aware of cameras in bedrooms. Victim 1 began dating Victim 2 (adult male identified in police reports, born in 2008) in 2023. Victim 2 would stay with Victim 1, particularly during the summer of 2024. Victim 1 and Victim 2 would have been 16 years old at that time. Victim 2 stated that he met Victim 1 in 2023 and lived with her during the spring and summer of 2024. Victim 2 observed cameras throughout the residence.
At one time he saw a camera in Victim 1's bedroom and in bathrooms. Both Victim 1 and 2 observed some screenshots that were found on Black's phone. Victim 1 confirmed that the images were taken at the SE Rochester address and that it was her and Victim 1 and 2 in the photos. 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 6/11/2026 It was observed that Black had labeled some of the videos to include Victim 1's name and "U know." Some of the videos of Victim 1 and Victim 2 engaging in sexual acts, a video of Victim 1 nude and with her genitals showing, and a video of a Victim 1 and 2 showering.
