On November 28, 2025, at 9:13 A.M. Deputy Fournier responded to a domestic assault at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 17 SE in Franklin Township, Wright County, Minnesota. Deputy Fournier met with an adult female, whom he fully identified, victim herein. The victim lives at the address with her boyfriend, Kristian Harris Tuttle, [DOB REDACTED], defendant herein, and their one-year-old child. Deputy Fournier noticed the victim [NAME REDACTED] including a red mark on her forehead and a scratch on her neck. The victim [NAME REDACTED] had been assaulting her since the night before.
The victim said the night before (November 27, 2025), the defendant pulled her by the hair from a seated position in a chair to her feet. The victim said the defendant put his arm around her neck and tossed her to the ground. This occurred about three or four times. This is how she got the mark on her neck. The victim said the defendant grabbed a knife and said, “Do you want me to end it? I’ll cut your f***-en head off.” The victim described the knife as a kitchen butcher knife. The victim said around 8:30 - 8:45 A.M. On November 28, 2025, the defendant called her a “whore” as she was getting out of bed.
She hit the defendant on the legs with an open hand. The defendant grabbed her hair; he put a blanket over her head and around her face so she could not breathe. The defendant left the room. While the victim [NAME REDACTED], their son fell and hit his head. The defendant stormed into the room and was asking if she wanted to get hit in the head. The defendant slapped the victim on the back of the head and pushed her to the floor. The victim said the defendant entered the bathroom when she was seated on the toilet and said he was going to kill her.
The victim said the defendant made a punching motion towards her a few times and asked again if she wanted to get hit. The defendant then punched her in the forehead. The defendant then picked up a razor from the bathroom counter and said “I’m gonna kill you.” The victim [NAME REDACTED] was shocked and scared that the defendant would hit her again or do something worse. She ran to the kitchen and called 911. The defendant denied using a knife or razor. He claimed the victim takes medication and/or has a health condition that causes her to bruise easily.
He said the victim [NAME REDACTED], and he admitted he moved toward her in the bathroom and accidentally hit her. He said the victim said “Vlad” was going to come kill him, but he does not know who “Vlad” is.
