Christopher Scott Froemel

On March 30, 2026, at 5:36 P.M., Officer Martell arrested CHRISTOPHER SCOTT FROEMEL, [DOB REDACTED], on a local charge and a fugitive warrant out of Wisconsin Department of Corrections. FROEMEL was transported and booked into the Ramsey County Jail at 6:19 P.M. FROEMEL has been released on his local charge and is being held on the Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant. Wisconsin Department of Corrections confirmed they will extradite. On October 11, 2024, the Honorable Janelle Nehring-Sentencing Associate of Wisconsin Department of Corrections- issued a warrant for FROEMEL’s arrest in court file cases 2018CF779 and 2019 CF 25- charges Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor or Law Enforcement Officer & Bail Jumping.

FROEMEL absconded from supervision on October 7, 2024.
