Damon Levar Boeckerman

On 03/23/2026 at about 1606 hours, Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Police responded to a report of a vehicle that was stolen from the Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Enterprise personnel advised that a 2026 Jeep Wrangler (MN/SXJ728) was stolen from their rental area on 03/21/2026 at about 1630 hours. Enterprise had clear CCTV footage of the theft and of the suspect. The value of the vehicle exceeded $5,000. On 03/23/2026 at about 2158 hours, St. Paul Police spotted the stolen Jeep driving north on Hazelwood St and a traffic stop was initiated at Hazelwood and Maryland in St. Paul, Ramsey County.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Damon Levar BOECKERMAN (DOB/1980-08-09). BOECKERMAN was arrested. BOECKERMAN said he received the Jeep from a female to use to transport his belongings. BOECKERMAN declined a formal interview. During a search of the Jeep, police found a suitcase and a duffel bag containin BOECKERMAN's personal property. A St. Paul Police Investigator reviewed a photo of the suspect from the Enterprise CCTV footage, which clearly showed that BOECKERMAN was the suspect who stole the vehicle.

BOERCKERMAN has at least five prior felony convictions. For purposes of Rule 6.
