At approximately 2:45 P.M. On or about 3/9/2026, law enforcement was investigating an informant’s tip that ORLANDO LANELL HOLDEN, JR. (Defendant), was selling marijuana and in possession of a firearm near the Full Stop store located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
