On or about July 31, 2024 police preformed a traffic stop in the vicinity of [ADDRESS REDACTED], Woodbury Washington County, Minnesota. Officers noted the driver and sole occupant ANGELO RICARDO SOLOMON [DOB REDACTED], was sweating slow to speech, had slow coordination, and had puncture marks on his arm, which appeared consistent with syringe/needle markings. Officers learned Defendant's license status was revoked DAC-IPS, and Defendant was take into custody. Based upon the prior observations officers believed Defendant was also under the influence of a controlled substance and executed a search warrant for Defendant's blood.

BCA testing showed the presence of THC within the Defendant's blood. Defendant has prior DWI convictions within the past 10 years in 62-CR-21-3720, 62- CR-20-7716 and 27-CR-15-18549 making this a felony.
