On July 9, 2025, Officer Boskovic of the Columbia Heights Police Department responded to a call regarding a sexual assault that occurred at Jimmy’s Pro Billiards located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] NE in the city of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota. The caller, L. K., reported that she was at the business playing pool with Alex Michael Goodmanson, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, in the early morning hours of July 9, 2025. While they were standing near a pool table, Defendant grabbed her buttocks twice and then grabbed her breast.

Officer Boskovic obtained video surveillance footage from Jimmy’s Pro Billiards. In the video, L. K. And Defendant can be seen next to a pool table. Defendant can be seen using his left hand to rub L. K.’s head and then moves his hand down L. K.’s back and grabs L. K.’s buttocks. A few minutes later, the video shows L. K. Standing with her back towards Defendant when Defendant usus his right hand to grab L. K.’s buttocks. When L. K. Turns around to face him, Defendant grabs her breast. L. K. Can be seen moving Defendant’s arm away from her.
