Christopher De Marcus Duall Caine

On March 26, 2026, at approximately 11:48 P.M., Minneapolis Police Officers were dispatched to a domestic assault in progress on the 2800 block of 11th Ave., S. Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, police met an identified female, Victim herein, who had visible injuries on her head, knee and shoulder. She was distressed as she explained to police that she had just been assaulted by her boyfriend, CHRISTOPHER De'MARCUS DUALL CAINE, [DOB REDACTED]), while holding her one year old, minor child.

Defendant became angry with Victim [NAME REDACTED] could not use her vehicle. He then slapped Victim [NAME REDACTED], threw her to the ground, hit her with a closed fist multiple times, and once she was on the ground, Defendant wrapped his hands around Victim's throat and squeezed until she couldn't breathe. She told police she felt she was "blacking out" while being strangled. Victim was holding her daughter through much of the assault, and Defendant kicked the minor child [NAME REDACTED].
