Based on reports from incidents occurring on November 18, 2025 your Complainant offers the following to establish probable cause: At approximately 11:30 A.M. On November 18, 2025, were dispatched to fight that occurred at the South Washington Alternative School located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] South in the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, State of Minnesota. Officers spoke with the school principal (A.M. R.), who reported that LOGAN MARCUS RIBEIRO [DOB REDACTED] got into a verbal altercation with another student (S. W. L.). Additionally, RIBEIRO allegedly punched S. W. L. And verbally threatened him.
Officers spoke with RIBEIRO who confirmed being in an altercation with S. W. L. RIBEIRO also told officers that he and S. W. L. Frequently threaten each other and that the threats were not serious. A.M. R. Told officers that the school was going to handle the altercation between S. W. L. And RIBEIRO. During the conversation RIBEIRO told officers he owned multiple firearms. A.M. R. Told officers she had concerns that RIBEIRO had a gun inside his vehicle that was located on school property. A.M. R. Told officers that her an RIBEIRO's mother were going to search the car and admitted to having a firearm was inside.
After speaking with his mother, RIBEIRO gave A.M. R. The keys to his car. A.M. R. Told officers she located a handgun in the center console. Officers confirmed the weapon was.40mm Glock 27 with a magazine in with 13 rounds of ammunition. Officers confirmed that RIBEIRO did not have permit to carry.
