03/14/1991 in possession of approximately 3 ounces of methamphetamine inside of a black purse within the previous 72 hours. The CI identified SAENZ’S vehicle which was parked outside her residence at [ADDRESS REDACTED] SW in the City of Willmar, Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. Agent Hennes learned that SAENZ had two warrants out for her arrest. On May 28, 2025, at approximately 2:20 P.M., Agents of the task force were conducting surveillance on SAENZ’S residence. They observed SAENZ get out of her vehicle, open the trunk.
After she closed the trunk, she got in the driver’s seat and left the residence. When the vehicle was in the 500 block of Lakeland Drive SE in the City of Willmar, Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, Agents activated emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle pulled into the back parking lot of [ADDRESS REDACTED] SE. As they approached the vehicle, they observed SAENZ in the driver’s seat and her boyfriend, Sebastian Rodriguez, in the passenger seat. There was a grey and black bag on the floor in the center and a black purse/bag on the floor in front of the front passenger seat.
The purse in front of passenger seat matched the description of the purse the CI had observed the methamphetamine to be in. SAENZ was placed under arrest. SAENZ told officers the vehicle belonged to her but she had not put it in her name yet. SAENZ admitted she did not have insurance on the vehicle yet. SAENZ’S driving privileges were revoked at the time of the traffic stop. Deputy Britni Bilky responded to the scene with her K9 partner, Maverick. A sniff was conducted and Deputy BILKY advised that there was a positive alert for narcotics in the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle was conducted, and the following items were located. Inside a large green and black cooler tote bag located in the trunk were several smaller bags that contained the 3 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/22/2025 following: Multiple Ziploc baggies with crystalline substance from trunk weighing 51.2g and field testing positive for methamphetamine. Shell container with multiple baggies with white substance located in grey zippered bag from trunk. This field tested positive for cocaine and weighed 2.74g. Paraphernalia from black backpack including clean unused baggies and container.

The Victoria’s Secret bag also contained SAENZ social security card. Digital scale with white residue located in ice scraper box in trunk. Agent Hennes believes the large amount of methamphetamine found and its proximity to clean unused baggies indicate sale of methamphetamine based on his training and experience. Agents also located a Black purse located on the front passenger side floor.
