On February 6, 2026, at approximately 1:03 P.M., Minnetonka Police were dispatched to a theft report at Holiday, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Minnetonka, Hennepin County. The retail district manager V. S. Stated she was contacted by the operations manager because there had been no financial reports filed from the store in several days. The manager responsible for the reports was LENARD WILSON [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. They contacted Defendant and he stated he was working on the reports.
V. S. Then went to the store at approximately 11:15 A.M. And Defendant was there. Shortly after V. S. Arrived, Defendant left the store and would not answer his phone. Surveillance footage showed Defendant removing an envelope from the safe prior to his departure. V. S. Then ran cash reports for the past several days. On 02-03-2026 the cash total was $1,895.20, with no bank deposit. On 02-05-2026 the cash total was $1,041 with $338 still in the safe, for a loss of approximately $703. On 02-06-2026, the cash total was $1,685, with a shortage of $199.10. The total loss was approximately $2,797. Defendant was the only employee at the store on these dates and in one of the videos, Defendant is seen taking cash out of the register and putting it into his pants pocket.
At present, Defendant is not in custody.
