On or about March 25, 2026, Officer Norcia with the Prior Lake Police Department responded to a residence located in Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota, for a report of juveniles lurking around a house with the number 4762 on a local street. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a known adult herein Witness 1 who stated that juveniles were in the back area, lurking around, and messing with a switch box. They were possibly carrying rocks and were threatening to shoot something. Witness 1 stated that they just threw a rock and broke a window.
They then ran away. Witness 1 stated that the juveniles threatened to shoot her brother. Officers received another call reporting that a rock had been thrown at a window. Prior to Officer Norcia's arrival, other officers with the Prior Lake Police Department responded to the area and located three subjects walking away from the area of the residence. Three subjects were identified by the officers, with one of them being CHASKE JOAQUIN COMES FLYING, [DOB REDACTED], Co- Defendant herein, and ISAIAH MAJIS LITTLEJOHN, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein.
Officer Norcia met with Witness 1's brother, herein Victim who stated that Witness 1 told him there were people walking around the residence with a ski mask. Victim looked out the window and observed a male wearing a red ski mask with all black clothing holding a rock. Victim saw a second male wearing a black colored hoodie with stars on the front of it. Victim told the male to put the rock down and asked who they were. The two males told Victim to mind his own business. Both males told Victim [NAME REDACTED] inside or they would shoot him.
Victim was scared when the males said this to him and felt his heart racing. Victim stated that when the males threatened to shoot him that they began reaching into the front pockets of their hoodies/ waist area. Victim thought that the males were going to shoot him. Victim then went to speak with his family and heard a window breaking. Officer Norcia then spoke with two other known adults, herein Witness 2 and Witness 3 who were standing outside of their residence. The officer noticed one of their front windows of their residence was shattered and had a hole in it.
Witness 3 stated he was in his bedroom when this occurred and didn’t hear/see anything. Witness 2 stated she heard the window break and that is why she had called. Witness 2 and 3 told the officer that they would get estimates for repair of the window. Officer Norcia spoke to the other officers and Defendant and Co-Defendant matched the descriptions given by Victim. Officers spoke to Defendant who stated that he threw a rock through a window because Witness 3 said something mean to his girlfriend.
Officers found a large rock wrapped in a red and black scarf in Defendant's front sweatshirt pocket. Co-Defendant told officers that Defendant has "beef" with Witness 3 and he saw Defendant throw a rock in the general direction of his house. Co-Defendant told officers that he followed Defendant that night. Officers spoke to a neighbor and reviewed some surveillance. In the surveillance, a male later identified to be Defendant, who was wearing a black sweatshirt with a white logo, black pants, and red covering over his face.
